Steve Asimoudis is the Principal Consultant at Sage Learning & Development, a leadership development consulting firm.
Steve’s sweet spot lies in solutions that deliver sustainable business outcomes through a blend of theoretical, practical and storytelling. His key learnings are drawn from over 30 years of corporate and consulting experiences working in a variety of sales, key account management, sales management, L&D, talent development and leadership development roles.
Steve has extensive experience working with corporate clients in various industries including agribusiness, banking/finance, engineering, FMCG, hardware, packaging, pharmaceutical, paper, recycling, retail and superannuation.
Steve uses selected psychometric assessments to establish a baseline of self-awareness which he then draws on to assist with the development process.
These assessments are then combined with coaching and facilitation to sustain the application of insights and learning. His facilitation style uses a blend of established and contemporary models and processes that help participants to think and find their own solutions to the challenges they are facing and the areas they want to develop.
In addition to his undergraduate psychology degree from LaTrobe University, Steve holds a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology from Monash University and a Master of Business in Marketing from RMIT University.
Steve’s purpose for himself and his clients is “to reveal the signposts ahead today”, as there is no time like the present.
