Meray Azar is the Managing Director of M&A Satch, a boutique consultancy helping service providers and retailers unlock the full potential of their marketing ecosystem. With over 23 years of experience leading digital marketing and transformation for some of Australia’s most recognisable brands, Meray brings a rare blend of strategic clarity, channel expertise, and commercial instinct.

Her specialisation spans digital marketing channels, CRM architecture, customer experience strategy, and helping brands define their unique voice in a crowded market. She is the architect behind the Digital Ecosystem Blueprint, a proprietary model designed to streamline channel planning and align business goals with scalable marketing outcomes.

Meray has judged Inside Retail’s Top 50 People in eCommerce (2022) and was awarded angel investment for the development of Epic Catch, a tech platform focused on curing loneliness through shared experiences.

A Monash University (Honours) graduate in Business and Commerce, Meray is committed to continuous learning and is currently undertaking her AWS certification in AI, staying ahead of the curve as marketing and technology continue to intersect.

Outside of client work, Meray curates the popular “Coffee Catch-Ups with Iain” series on LinkedIn, a weekly microblog that shares insights and reflections from an 80-something retired advertising executive.
