I am a Vendor and Buyers Advocate, I work with investors and home buyers to buy high performing investment grade property so they can create financial security for themselves and their family. I also provide support and guidance to clients selling their property. My role is to consider my clients’ individual circumstances, create and implement a unique strategy and provide expert advice to help them achieve their property goals. 

Throughout my career I have taken on sales, auctioneer and property management roles. It’s this varied experience that helps me take a unique approach to vendor and buyers advocacy. By bringing my diverse experience to each situation, I am able to draw on an extensive understanding of real estate and recognise the varied viewpoints which are essential in driving successful and lucrative results. 

I have also bought, sold, managed, leased and renovated property for myself – and so I strongly empathise with the array of emotions and challenges clients face during these tough yet exciting journeys. 

Drawing on my experience as a sales agent and auctioneer, I understand the difficulties vendors, agents and auctioneers face during a campaign. I use this multifaceted outlook to guide clients and maximise my relationships with other agents across Victoria in order to achieve the best outcomes.

Using my time as a property manager, I can astutely identify what properties will make an attractive rental to tenants as well as examine properties for many frequent or foreseeable maintenance issues which could affect the yield performance of these investments.

I delight in using my creativity and knowledge of property to visualise and recommend improvements to maximise a client’s budget and options, which assist in utilising the short- and long-term performance of their real estate assets. 

I work all across Victoria and specialise in the South Eastern, Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne, as well as properties in regional areas such as Ballarat, Bendigo and the Surf Coast.

I bring my genuine love of people and property to each interaction and I feel this is the foundation to my success and happiness in my career.
