After 30 years in residential housing (15 years with his own residential building company) and land development Managing Director Craig Gemmill decided to reinvent himself and contine with his passion for housing.

Cartesian Property was born out of the need to help investors negotiate the world of newly built residential properties for either investors, owner occupiers or for SMSF.

Our hybrid model puts the buyers in control, ultimately its their decsions on budget, location and returns. we have a well established network across Australia, typically with mid tier builders and developers that utilise our outsource service to showcase their products.

We work hand in hand with accountants, financial planners, mortgage brokers, real estate agents to find solutions for everyday people.
