Amer represents clients involved in parenting disputes, financial disputes, disputes where allegations of family violence feature, and disputes that include transnational elements. He acts for clients in relation to the full constellation of family law related matters, and routinely gives advice regarding preemptive intervention and asset protection. Amer has acted in some of the highest stake separations in the country and assisted with some of the highest profile relationships, both at the prenuptual and postnuptual stages.

Prior to establishing Eliver Family Law, Amer worked in the largest Family Law Practice in Australia, one consistently recognised as a leading firm by the Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession. Amer is rigorously trained as Tier 1 Lawyer, providing his client with tactical, bespoke advice that is underpinned by proactive and strategic intervention. Amer gets to the root of the problem(s) to provide his clients with strategic advantages to ensure they can obtain the best outcomes in their matters.
