Emma is the General Manager of Town Hall Conveyancing, a boutique conveyancing practice of 15 years.

Emma and her team at Town Hall Conveyancing provide meticulous specialist conveyancing services, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience to a wide range of clients all throughout Victoria.

With over 11 years experience managing law firms and navigating the complexities of property/conveyancing matters, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for all things property. She has niche experience and expertise when it comes to vendor developments including preparing special purpose/tailored off the plan contracts, having acted for a variety of developers from 2 lot townhouse developments to large rural land developments. With that said, Emma takes particular delight in assisting first home buyer and vendor clients, understanding firsthand how overwhelming the process can be when navigating your first purchase or sale.

Town Hall Conveyancing have two office locations, one in the Melbourne CBD and the other in Geelong, servicing clients both in person and remotely, statewide. Emma typically finds clients prefer remote service as they can attend to all tasks and provide instructions via their smartphone/computer, however, her friendly experienced team at both locations are more than happy to meet clients in person.

Town Hall Conveyancing services include:

1. Residential and commercial purchase and sale conveyances, including timely contract review turnarounds, complex matters, off the plan purchases and SMSF limited recourse borrowing acquisitions;

2. Deceased Estate transactions, including executor transmission applications, survivorship applications and transfers to beneficiaries in accordance with the Will;

3. Related party transactions, including spousal transfers, transfers in accordance with Court Orders (breakdown of relationship/separation) and other transfers between family, corporations and trusts;

4. Acting in property transactions that include State Revenue Office complex duty assessments, including but not limited to NICO (not in common ownership) transfers and partition transfers (development contracts);

5. Acting for caveators and mortgagees to secure their interests in real property;

6. Acting for clients/developers in subdivision transactions (SPEAR registered); and
