My name is Tom Reilly and I am an Associate Lawyer in the Wills and Estates team at Danaher Moulton.   Danaher Moulton is a full service law firm with offices in Kew and the City.
 
We pride ourselves on building meaningful and lasting relationships.  As well as providing a ‘city experience’ in a suburban enviornment.

I have extensive experience assisting clients with estate planning, administration and litigation in both Victoria and New South Wales. My expertise includes preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, succession planning for businesses and high-net-worth individuals, obtaining complext Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, administering deceased estates, handling estate disputes, drafting trust documents and managing residential, commerical and rural conveyancing transactions. I hold a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and am currently undertaking a Master of Laws in Taxation.
