I don’t drink coffee. Not because I’m above it…. because my natural energy levels are legally concerning. I stay off it for your safety.
Unironically obsessed with miso and cheese toasties. My comfort meal and emotional support system (*>▼<)/
Favourite album? Anything by CampelPh. Don’t worry, you can pretend you knew them first after this.
Spent three years backpacking through Europe and hitchhiking with questionable strangers. Lived in Chicago too, Where I learned to layer both my clothing and trauma… I think I delt with it well. Anyway, I hate snow now.
Mind of a philosopher, heart of a hippie, lifestyle of a hustler, retirement plan currently in the “manifesting” phase: open a beach shack that serves protein shakes, cold beers, and the kind of life advice you didn’t ask for but probably needed…. think therapy disguised as banter.
Food is everything. Food is memory. Food is a love language, and I’m fluent.
Current life: Started with my first business Access Ally. A sole trader disability support service helping people who feel isolated find their people, build genuine social connections, and grow their social skills.
That experience somehow led to opening a group fitness studio Base Attak shortly later (like only 6 months later), because apparently I like challenges that involve helping people and chaos…. and I love it.
Base Attak is not just a workout, its a frequency. Home of 45-minute, strength-based group workouts, combining strength, cardio conditioning and functional training into experiences that make you feel alive, in ways your old gym could never made you feel. No harsh lights. No mirrors. No intimidation. Just a friendly, motivating, and unapologetically fun atmosphere. It’s a sensory aesthetic space where the electric energy keeps you grounded and energized.
We’re independent, local, and built from the ground up. Made for the people who “don’t fit gym culture”, finally have a space that does. The misfits. The creatives. The realists who outgrew “fitspo” and wanted something real.
Love a morning workout, an afternoon social, and my evenings spent rearranging my calendar of the things I must definitely get to tomorrow.
Let’s build something meaningful. Or at least mildly interesting ☺
