I bring twenty-five years of professional experience, including a decade in Australian residential real estate. I hold twelve qualifications, including an MBA Executive from RMIT University, and I am the author of a book on Australian real estate. As founder of Nest or Invest Buyers Agents, I help residential property investors achieve strong results, wherein I am able to secure established houses for between 4.5% and 8.5% rental yield that also grow approximately between $ 5,000 and $ 10,000 per month in capital growth. I currently serve on the REIV Buyers Agents Chapter Committee and the PICA Victoria State Committee. I’ve received multiple business awards, been featured across media, podcasts and radio, and maintain a 100% client satisfaction record and 100% success rate with an average 30 day turnaround per client.
