I I am the Founder and Director of Rise Above Consulting. Rise Above Consulting specialises in helping small and medium business owners to take the stress out of HR, stay compliant, find great people, and build workplaces their teams actually want to show up to.

With nearly 20 years of hands on HR experience across manufacturing, construction, logistics, retail, hospitality, community and automotive industries, I have seen just about every people challenge a business can face. After spending years in corporate HR and watching business owners either struggle through it alone or receive advice that was far too generic to be useful, I founded Rise Above Consulting to do things differently. My approach is practical, honest and grounded in real world experience rather than textbook theory.

I hold a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and have supported more than 60 businesses across a wide range of industries. I am known for showing up as a true partner, not just an advisor. Whether that is sitting alongside a business owner in a difficult conversation, guiding them through a Fair Work matter, or helping them find and onboard the right person for their team, I bring clarity, warmth and genuine care to everything I do.
