Michael Thompson

We are a forward-thinking Melbourne law firm dedicated exclusively to helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed. Founded by Simon Reid, Arro was built on the belief that every business — regardless of size — deserves expert legal counsel that is accessible, practical, and genuinely invested in their growth.

At Arro, we do not just provide legal documents — we build lasting partnerships. We take the time to understand each client’s business, their industry, and their goals, so that our advice drives real commercial outcomes.

We invite anyone considering joining Fresh to attend our Hub networking sessions and get a real taste of what we’re all about. To make it even easier, your first two visits are on us (meal cost not included)—think of it as your VIP guest pass to experience the Fresh vibe.

After enjoying your two free guest passes, if you feel the spark and want to make it official, we’ll ask you to ‘put a ring on it’ and apply for membership. No pressure—just great connections and good vibes waiting for you!
