Liane is a leadership coach who works with leaders, first-time leaders, and business owners. She specialises in helping people build stronger connections with colleagues, and lead with clarity and confidence to inspire impactful results.
Liane is passionate about empowering individuals to communicate effectively by helping them build the mindset, skills, and energy to bring out the best in themselves and others. She guides them toward clear, actionable paths that create happier, more productive workplaces, where people can do their best work.
Her coaching style is both supportive and challenging, creating a trusting environment where clients feel understood and empowered. At the same time, she encourages them to step out of their comfort zones and address limitations that may hold them back.
