Jimmy is the founder of Balance Hub, a Melbourne-based bookkeeping and advisory practice that helps business owners gain financial clarity and stay confidently in control of their numbers.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience owning and managing businesses in the hospitality and wholesale coffee sectors, Jimmy brings a practical, business-first mindset to his work.

Before launching Balance Hub, he also worked in a Melbourne CBD-based chartered accounting firm, gaining valuable experience in public practice and deepening his understanding of compliance and advisory across different industries.

Jimmy now works with micro to medium-sized businesses to streamline data entry, implement smart systems, and improve cash flow visibility — with a strong focus on tax forecasting and proactive planning.

He understands the real-world pressures business owners face and partners with them to simplify compliance and support smarter decision-making. His goal is always to make the financial side of business feel less overwhelming — and a lot more useful.
