Ian is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in Australia and New Zealand, Fellow of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers in Australia, Registered BAS Agent and with over 30 years’ experience as a Financial Controller in importing, manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing businesses.

Ian continually updates his skills to keep pace with the rapid development of computer systems in the accounting environment and has undertaken the rigorous MYOB, XERO, Intuit Quickbooks Online certification process requiring in depthknowledge of all the software. Ian was a MYOB Certified Consultant and Diamond Partner, XERO Platinum Partner and holds accreditations with a number of Add–On solutions. Ian is accredited with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers as a BAS Supervising Agent and facilitates and runs monthly meetings for members of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. He also supervises workshops for MYOB User Groups and has served as a member of the MYOB Partner Advisory Group and the Institute of Certified

Bookkeepers Advisory Board. Ian regularly participates in Beta testing for MYOB. Ian has a comprehensive understanding of the compliance obligations under theAustralian Taxation System and regularly identifies issues which could have taxation or business ramifications.
