I am Principal Advisor at Growth Strategies and assist owners of mid-sized companies grow the value of their business in preparation for the sale of their business. I have a Business Analyst in my team, and we develop an understanding of the value drivers of a business and prepare a sales prospectus that reinforces the future growth potential of the company. We identify potential buyers that would benefit most from a merger and negotiate sales outcomes that optimises the purchase price and the ongoing job security of our clients’ staff.

I am passionate about assisting business owners grow the value of their businesses and ultimately secure their financial future.

Having started my career as a Chartered Accountant and then working in Investment Banking and Economic Development roles in Australia and internationally, I have gained extensive commercial experience that assists my clients secure their financial future through optimal exit outcomes.

Growth Strategies recently managed the sale of a data analysis software company based in Northcote to a Canadian investor in software businesses worldwide. Growth Strategies’ sale process is industry agnostic. We recently completed a business sale transaction in the Facilities Management industry.

Growth Strategies also advises business owners who wish to grow their business through acquisitions with ‘search to completion’ engagements.
