Ben and the other members of Kennedy Partners use their superior knowledge of the law, and their effective negotiation skills, to:

- Represent clients in complex financial matters which is Ben’s specialty. Ben has a Bachelor or Commerce majoring in accounting which assists him in properly understanding complex financial issues, such as those involving trust structures, businesses and overseas assets. Ben advises clients with respect to property division, spousal maintenance and child support to ensure financial security when exiting a relationship or marriage;
- Advise clients in relation to pre-nuptial and pre-relationship agreements, and to prepare such agreements, to allow clients certainty if their marriages or relationships break down;
- Mediate and resolve the dispute wherever legitimately possible to maximise the decision-making power and certainty for the client and minimise costs and delays;
- If alternative dispute resolution fails, or is inappropriate, to represent clients with competence and skill in court to achieve the best outcome for them.
