Amer Husakovic

Amer Husakovic is the founder and Principal Lawyer of Eliver Family Law in South Morang.

He works across the full range of family law including parenting and financial disputes, matters involving family violence, and cases with international elements. His clients include executives, business owners, athletes and public figures, but the majority are everyday people.

Before founding Eliver, Amer practised at one of Australia’s leading family law firms. He brings that experience to work that is tactical and proactive, focused on getting in front of problems rather than just responding to them.

He regularly acts at the prenuptial and postnuptial stage and advises on asset protection.

 

Amer is based in South Morang and welcomes referrals.
