While Alicia studied Engineering which appealed to the detailed and methodical side of her personality, it quickly became clear that it wasn’t a true passion.

This realisation led to a shift toward Financial Planning. Through hands-on experience, she discovered the power of investing and building wealth. After eight years working in a boutique wealth management firm supporting high-net-worth retiree clients, Alicia is now on a mission to make financial advice accessible to younger, hard-working but time-poor Australians (between 30-50), to help them map out and achieve their goals, so they can live life on their terms!
