Josh is the Founder and Director of Mountain Head, a Melbourne video production business helping businesses and agencies produce video that matches the standard of the work it represents.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Media Production and cut his teeth at a video production agency in Newcastle, working as videographer, drone pilot and editor across a wide range of briefs, including mine site induction videos for FMG and Mid West Ports in WA, internal training and COVID-era procedure videos for Ambulance NSW, and story-driven video and photography for Svitzer Australia. He also worked as a cinematographer on the multiple-award-winning documentary Calibrate.
Josh’s approach is built on the same technical grounding that shaped his early career: careful planning, well-composed footage, and editing that serves the client’s message rather than distracting from it. Whether it’s an internal training video, a major event, or content for a government client, the aim stays the same: a finished piece that looks as credible as the work it represents.
