I am a director of Concept Financial Services Group – a family-owned financial services group founded in 1991. (My dad founded the firm and still turns up grumpily to work each day at 80!).

My primary focus is mergers & acquisitions – particularly assisting owners of mature businesses successfully achieve a lucrative exit. In addition, I assist earlier-stage business to develop and execute growth strategies. That includes helping them raise capital from high net worth, private equity and venture capital investors.

I am CPA qualified. I have a Masters in Applied Finance. And I love structuring deals – helping two parties that have competing interests find a common basis for agreement.
