We identify potential buyers that would benefit most from a merger and negotiate sales outcomes that optimises the purchase price and the ongoing job security of our clients’ staff.

Having started my career as a Chartered Accountant and then working in Investment Banking and Economic Development roles in Australia and internationally, I have gained extensive commercial experience that assists my clients secure their financial future through optimal exit outcomes.
Growth Strategies recently managed the sale of a data analysis software company based in Northcote to a Canadian investor in software businesses worldwide. Growth Strategies’ sale process is industry agnostic. We recently completed a business sale transaction in the Facilities Management industry.
