Carla is the owner and founder of Merrington Consulting – a Melbourne-based consultancy that specialises in providing bookkeeping, payroll and BAS agent services to businesses across Australia.

Carla’s journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), combining technical know-how with a love for entrepreneurship. Excelling as a production engineer and logistics planner in Mining and Automotive, her true passion for business emerged during a family break.

During this time, Carla delved into small business, starting a wholesale manufacturing venture. This hands-on experience offered invaluable insights into the challenges, from financial management to regulatory navigation.

Motivated to assist others, Carla pursued further training in financial management, becoming a BAS Agent and Bookkeeper. With her technical skills and empathy, she founded Merrington Consulting, dedicated to empowering business owners.
