I founded The Healing Tide in 2025, finally bringing together a passion for making real the power and possibility of love, care and healing through counselling, learning and community connection.

I specialise in supporting people and communities to re-connect to greater purpose, meaning and wholeness – especially in response to the experience of disconnection from trauma. 

The uniqueness I bring is my own lived experience, my background in education and facilitation, along with my integration of creativity (songwriting, poetry) and embodiment (yoga and meditation). 

I am available for individual and group counselling, as well as program design and facilitation. I would welcome the opportunity to work with organisations (workplaces and communities) to co-design experiences for supporting wellbeing and purpose.
