As General Manager of Thinkaway Learning, I help organisations transform the way they train their teams. We create engaging, custom e-learning solutions that are tailored to each client’s people, goals, and workplace realities. Thinkaway was born from my work with education clients at Nomia Marketing, where I saw how powerful the right learning approach can be—and how often it’s missing.

My background is in marketing and business growth. I’ve led major campaigns for brands like David Jones and Westfield Doncaster, driven brand and revenue growth in the food and hospitality sectors, and built B2B strategies in professional services. I later founded Nomia Marketing to support small businesses with agile, results-driven marketing strategies.

Now, with Thinkaway, I’ve combined this experience with a passion for meaningful workplace learning. We partner with businesses and public sector organisations to design smart, accessible training—without the cookie-cutter approach. From project scoping to launch, I focus on ensuring every learning experience delivers value, clarity, and results.
