Mark is a specialist in winning business through best practice tender, proposal and presentation strategies.  He is accredited by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) to Practitioner level and a regular speaker at related conferences and business events.

Over the last 15 years, he has introduced tender and proposal efficiency and effectiveness programs in over 40 companies in the UK, Europe and Australia. Mark is also authorised by YB12Coach to deliver a range of personal and team development programs aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity.

Mark is also an engineering geologist by training, an ex-international hockey player and former coach of Mentone Panthers Women's Premier League Hockey Club. He also likes a drop of wine from time to time!

    I have a diverse network of connections in Australia and abroad that have developed while leading tender teams in large organisations like Lend Lease, Cushman & Wakefield and JLL.  Through my time at one of Australia's leading tender consulting companies, and operating as an Independent Bid Professional, I have also developed numerous contacts in a small- and medium-sized companies in sectors including pharmaceutical, recruitment, logistics, building and cleaning.

    The main attributes I look for are companies that must win work through competitive tender and want to increase efficiency, effectiveness or culture within their in house teams. This may be through increasing their tender skills, or just helping them focus and execute their current skills more effectively.
