Fresh National Melbourne South East is for business professionals in the City of Casey and the City of Greater Dandenong in Melbourne’s south east. The South East is a hub of activity and growth, with the City of Casey being one of the top ten growth areas in the whole of Australia.
The South East is home to over 550,000 people, with Dandenong being one of the most culturally diverse municipalities in Victoria. It’s a young area, with a median age of 36 in Dandenong, and an even lower 34 in the City of Casey.
Casey is home to over 26,000 businesses, employing 86,000 people, whilst Dandenong has fewer businesses at 17,500, but they employ almost 100,000 people. Of these businesses in Dandenong, well over half are small businesses turning over less than $200k, so with opportunity to grow.
Construction and transport and logistics between them account for almost half the jobs in Casey, with retail, financial and insurance, real estate and professional and technical services also well represented.

How does this online hub work?
When you join Fresh National Melbourne South East, you’ll be the only member in your business category.
South East is an area hub, affiliated with the state hub for Victoria. If an area hub has fewer than 10 members, it will take part in a combined meeting with the state hub. You may find that in the state hub meeting, you’re not the only bookkeeper/graphic designer/mortgage broker in the room.
The faster the South East area hub grows, the faster you reach independent meetings and exclusive claim to your category.
Our Next Meeting
At every meeting, a member gives a presentation about their business, or a topic on which they are an expert.
This helps us to build the ‘know, like and trust’ that is at the heart of Fresh. By getting to know a member that bit better, we get closer to understanding their ideal referral and whether we can introduce them to any of our contacts.
